MOSCOW -- Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov on Wednesday dismissed what he called a "propaganda fuss" surrounding British Prime Minister Tony Blair's dossier on Iraq's arsenal, and said the return of UN weapons inspectors to the country was the prio rity.
